Murun Pearls Moves to Eco International Tower

Murun Pearls began in a 3 × 4-metre office. It was a modest space, but it gave us something essential: the opportunity to listen closely to our customers, explain the character of each pearl, and build trust through honest conversations. It was where the first chapter of Murun Pearls took shape—a brand founded on a genuine appreciation for pearls and the belief that every customer deserves to understand the jewellery they choose.

Today, we welcome our customers at Eco International Tower in Ulaanbaatar.

This move is more than a change of address. It marks an important stage in the growth of Murun Pearls and gives us the opportunity to offer a more comfortable, considered, and welcoming experience.

Where It Began: A 3 × 4-Metre Office

In the early days of Murun Pearls, our 3 × 4-metre office was the centre of almost everything we did. We welcomed customers, introduced them to different types of pearls, and helped them find jewellery suited to their personal style and needs.

The space was limited, but our attention to each customer was not. In fact, that small office taught us an important lesson: choosing jewellery is not only about how a piece looks. Customers also need clear information, a comfortable setting, and enough time to make a decision with confidence.

As Murun Pearls grew, it became clear that we needed a new home—not simply a larger room, but a space that could better reflect the character of the brand and the standard of service we wanted to provide.

Finding the Right Home for Murun Pearls

Finding that space took considerable time and effort.

We approached a wide range of venues, from five-star hotels to shopping malls. We asked questions, visited potential locations, compared our options, and considered what each space could offer.

Throughout the search, three priorities remained clear: the space had to feel right for Murun Pearls, it had to be comfortable for our customers, and it had to remain financially realistic for a growing business.

Finding all three in one place was not easy. Some locations were attractive but beyond our budget. Others were more affordable but did not offer the atmosphere or customer experience we had in mind.

This became one of the biggest challenges of the move. Still, we did not want to choose a location simply because it was available. We wanted a place that could become a genuine home for Murun Pearls and support the brand as it continues to grow.

After a long search, we chose Eco International Tower.

Why Eco International Tower?

Eco International Tower gives us the room to create a more complete experience for our customers. We can now welcome visitors in a more comfortable setting and give them the time and space to view our collection without feeling rushed.

The new location also reflects the direction of Murun Pearls: professional growth without losing the personal approach that has shaped our service from the beginning.

We do not want customers to feel pressured into making a quick purchase. We want them to look closely, ask questions, compare pieces, and understand the jewellery they are considering. Our new space allows us to provide that experience more thoughtfully.

A Short Timeline and a Very Hands-On Move

Once the location was confirmed, we had very little time to prepare the store.

We were directly involved in nearly every part of the process. We worked on the decoration, packed and moved our belongings, transported supplies, and even drove the truck ourselves to bring everything to Eco International Tower.

It was demanding work, but it was also deeply personal. Every box we carried and every corner we prepared brought us closer to the moment when the doors would finally be ready to open.

Seeing the space become the new home of Murun Pearls brought a real sense of relief, pride, and gratitude. Not simply because we had a new store, but because we knew how much thought, effort, and practical work had gone into creating it.

This store did not come together overnight. It is the result of a long search, careful decisions, physical work, and the support of many people.

More Than a Place to Buy Pearl Jewellery

Customer education has always been a central part of how Murun Pearls works.

Pearls have many different characteristics. Their type, shape, size, colour, lustre, surface, and nacre quality can all influence the appearance and value of a piece. For that reason, we do not want our customers to choose jewellery based only on a first impression.
